This course is suitable for anyone currently working or seeking to work in a food-handling environment, for example in a food production facility, restaurant, deli counter, catering, food market etc.

Price includes all materials and a multiple choice exam.

Award: This course is certified by SMC Food Consultants and is valid for 3 years.

  3. Contamination Awareness and Prevention (Hazard Analysis)
  4. Safe food practices & Personal Hygiene
  5. HACCP Awareness & Monitoring
  6. Pest Control & Cleaning Awareness
