KTF Housing was the first tenant of the business park with a newly established business manufacturing timber frame houses. It is family run business and now has 41 employees. KTF Housing are an innovative timber frame house building company which specialises in high quality timber frame kits that are produced at their manufacturing facility in Ardee Business Park, delivered to the clients premises and erected on site.
