The objective of the Jobs Club is to assist people who are job ready to return to the workforce. The project is a joint initiative between FAS and Ferdia Community Development and is funded by FAS.

To this aim a three week (mornings 10:00a.m. – 12:30p.m.) programme is run to help participants

• Develop job-hunting skills
• Identify individual skills and strengths
• Explore work opportunities (using newspapers and FAS Website)
• CV preparation/letters of application
• Interview techniques and mock interviews

A FAS touchtone screen (with print out facilities) is now available to all those wishing to view the most recent job vacancies/FAS courses nationwide. It is located in the Business Park reception area.
